Job Description
Colt is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow an existing portfolio of enterprise customers and/or business partners, while identifying new growth opportunities within assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in B2B IT or technology-related sales and business level in Japanese and English. Responsibilities include managing sales cycles, building relationships with customer executives, and collaborating with global teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT or technology-related sales
- Business level in Japanese and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing existing customer relationships and complex sales cycles
- Practical understanding of the SI business model
- Ability to operate independently and proactively
