Job Description
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages while providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Prior café, coffee, or food & beverage experience required.
- Barista certification or completion of formal coffee/espresso training preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage presentation is a plus.
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems for order taking and cash handling.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
