Job Description
Dual General Manager for two Seattle luxury high-rise communities, leading onsite teams to deliver exceptional service to residents, and overseeing financial stewardship, risk mitigation, and governance.
Requirements
- At least 5 years progressive experience in a General Manager role at a property of similar size and level of service
- 2+ years of experience managing common-interest communities (condominiums, HOAs) with direct partnerships with board of directors, developers, or ownership groups
- Working knowledge of all applicable laws, codes and regulations
- Strong communication, general management, financial management, and people management skills
