Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a General Manager role at a property of similar size and level of service
- 2+ years of experience managing common-interest communities (condominiums, HOAs) with direct partnerships with board of directors, developers, or ownership groups
- Working knowledge of all applicable laws, codes and regulations
