We are seeking a Senior Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to manage existing commercial relationships and solicit new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and sales skills.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of full range of commercial products, credit policies, procedures and terminology
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Commerce Bank’s driving record criteria
- Goal oriented with well-developed sales skills
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor and provide leadership to junior roles
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
