Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements

• Plan, schedule, and supervise the maintenance and repair of all heavy equipment
• Possess specific fundamental knowledge of bearings, power transmission equipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging, overhead cranes, gearboxes, and mobile equipment operation
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with production machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and control systems
• Manage a team of mechanics, technicians, and support staff
• Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance history, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for major equipment failures or safety incidents
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency
