Common Room is a customer intelligence platform that captures every buying signal, giving companies superpowers with AI enrichment and automation. We're looking for a Growth Account Manager to own post-sales revenue outcomes for a portfolio of customers and drive expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar GTM role in B2B SaaS
- Commercial mindset and ability to talk about value, growth, and pricing
- Technically curious and comfortable discussing GTM tooling, data flows, and integrations at a conceptual level
- Ability to juggle a larger book of accounts and stay organized and proactive
- Grit and resilience, with a willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, or team offsites
