The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous medical care to patients of all ages, emphasizing preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination of care across the healthcare continuum.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Must maintain state certification and/or licensure
