Job Description
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, longitudinal primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
