The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
