The Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics provides comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program with obstetrical training
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
- Ability to obtain and maintain unrestricted state medical licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility
- BLS and ACLS required; additional obstetric certifications as required by scope of practice
