Job Description
Community Healthcare of Texas is recruiting for an RN Case Manager to provide compassionate care for patients with serious and terminal illnesses in North Central Texas.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a dependable means of transportation
- 1 year of nursing experience
- Case Management experience (hospice)
- 2+ years of experience in hospice case management strongly preferred
- Proficient skills using a computer are required; Microsoft Office suite experience is preferred
