Job Description
Peterson Health is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to coordinate and direct patient care in various home environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Diploma of Nursing Program or Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Current Texas state license in nursing
- Current American Heart Association CPR
- Current Texas state driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- Two years' experience in a healthcare setting
