We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Development/Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our market presence.
Requirements
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory through various means, including cold calls, networking events, trade shows, and digital outreach.
- Sales Presentations & Meetings: Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and offering ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to effectively position the company's offerings and identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close deals in a timely manner while ensuring that terms align with the company’s goals and profitability.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: In the CRM, maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer service) to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the sales department's overall success.
