Job Description
Community Options, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician in Delaware County, PA to repair residences of individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include developing maintenance schedules, completing tasks, and ensuring repairs are safe and compliant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license
- Complete state and agency required training
- Ability to work safely with hands and power tools
- Problem solving and prioritization skills
- Good judgment and crisis management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
