Case Manager, MAP

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager to join their team at the Victorville Probation Office. This person will support the Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) in Joshua Tree and Barstow, CA, with 25% travel. The Case Manager will provide rehabilitative programming for justice-involved individuals, promoting long-term self-sustaining skills through vocational training and personal development services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a social science field
• One year experience in case management or similar field
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
