Case Manager Supervisor, MAP

Community Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Case Manager Supervisor to join our team at our new Multi-Dimensional Anti-Recidivism Partnership (MAP) located in San Bernardino, CA. The position will provide general and supervisory case management duties and will ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a social science field and two years’ experience in case management or similar field
• One year experience in management and supervision of staff or three years of case management experience
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills desired
• Ability to engage and develop collaborations with community agencies
• Previous assessment experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office
