Job Description
CSI is seeking a Per Diem Residential Coach to provide direct supervision, daily care, and support services for adolescent females in a residential program.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Human Service or related field (preferred)
- At least six months of relevant experience (or two years of professional experience in human services, in lieu of a degree)
- Familiarity with gender-responsive, relational, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches
- Ability to work with challenging youth and families
- Knowledge of Spanish (in oral and written communication, desired)
- Ability to attend offsite training required for the position
