GTM Operations Manager

We are seeking a GTM Operations Manager to provide operations support in fiscal planning, variable compensation, reporting, and forecasting to Commvault's field sales and systems engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales operations, strong analytical skills, and experience with territory management and fiscal planning.

Requirements

• Proven experience within a broad sales operations role ideally with experience in the technology sector
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills
• High sense of urgency, excellent follow-up
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Effective written and verbal communications skills
• Strong experience with territory management and fiscal planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM, along with the full Microsoft Office Suite
