Job Description
An exclusive opportunity awaits a poised and meticulous Restaurant Manager to join a premier private members’ club in the heart of Washington, DC. Catering to a discerning UHNW clientele, this role is a cornerstone of our front-of-house leadership.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all front-of-house dining operations, ensuring service excellence, efficiency, and consistency aligned with the club’s elevated standards.
- Supervise, train, and mentor dining staff, setting clear expectations and modeling exemplary professional conduct and discretion.
- Anticipate and accommodate member and guest needs, delivering a seamless, personalized dining experience.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to coordinate service flow, special events, and member requests with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure that all dining areas, service stations, and supporting spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and readiness.
- Act as a visible ambassador of the club’s culture, fostering a welcoming, respectful, and elite environment for members, guests, and staff.
