We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the effective execution of service in the restaurant, ensuring the Standards of Excellence are met. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing FOH staff, maintaining schedules and payroll, and maintaining food and beverage cost controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience
- Two to three years of upscale fine dining with at least one year of management experience
- Strong knowledge of current food, industry trends, and fine dining points of service
- Cash handling and reconciliation of cash banks and POS systems
- Ability to hire, develop, train, coach, and counsel hourly associates
