Compass is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their AU Marketing team and help deliver impactful events that strengthen their presence across the education sector. The role is ideal for someone early in their marketing or events career who wants hands-on experience managing logistics, coordinating vendors and supporting campaigns that directly contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing, events or a related field, ideally within the education or technology sector.
- Strong technical confidence, with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Canva and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot or Zoho), along with email marketing programs and a willingness to use AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and multitasking capability, managing multiple projects, deadlines and event logistics simultaneously.
- A proactive and structured approach to work, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep projects moving.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
- A positive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong initiative and ownership, with the confidence to plan ahead and solve problems as they arise.
