Compass is a mission-driven company that is transforming the school day for everyone. We're looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Acquisition team to partner with the Sales team and understand customer problems, shape solution narratives, and perform demos through the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or adjacent roles
- Strong discovery skills with commercial understanding and deep product knowledge
- Experience partnering with sellers on live deals, including customer-facing demos and end-to-end deal support
- Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, or tender responses in a B2B environment
- A structured, analytical, problem-led approach with confidence operating in complex sales cycles
- Familiarity with the education sector, particularly K–12 operations
