Assistant General Manager

Eurest is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the account along with the General Manager, maintaining the approved budget and meeting client expectations. The ideal candidate will have experience in upscale food service, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on quality standards, budget management, and menu planning.

Requirements

• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
• Interviews, hires, trains, and coaches employees and managers
• Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
• Manages purchasing and inventory controls
• Is knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
