Job Description
As the leader in business and industry dining, Eurest is seeking an Assistant General Manager to maintain accounts, manage purchasing and inventory, and promote the growth and development of the entire team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale food service management, excellent leadership and organizational skills, and experience with HACCP controls and menu planning.
Requirements
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws
- Interviews, hires, trains and coaches employees and managers
- Maintains food cost while ensuring quality standards
- Manages purchasing and inventory controls
- Knowledgeable on HACCP controls along with proper storage and use of food
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned
