Create exceptional guest experiences at one of the nation's most iconic cultural destinations. As the Banquet Manager, you will oversee banquet and catered event operations while ensuring seamless execution, elevated hospitality, and operational excellence.
Oversee execution of banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown, supervise banquet staff, ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards are maintained, and coordinate with culinary and operations teams to execute event details.
3+ years of banquet, catering, or hospitality management experience, experience managing high-volume events and service teams, knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards, and ability to manage multiple events and operational priorities simultaneously.
