We are seeking a Banquet Supervisor to manage the daily operations of in-house catering facilities, coordinate function activities, and oversee catering equipment maintenance and inventory. Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
