CATERING CAPTAIN (FULL TIME)

Coordinates catering staff schedules, prepares and serves food, and interacts with customers. Coordinates logistics for catered functions, sets up rooms, and ensures proper presentation and maintenance of serving temperatures. May drive a truck to deliver food and beverages.

Requirements

• Customer service and catering experience required.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
