Requirements
- Fine dining or catering restaurant leadership experience is required
- Experience managing catering or food and beverage operations
- Strong knowledge of large-scale event catering and premium service operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align clients, staff, and internal partners
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
