Morrison Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. The successful candidate will have experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations and be able to train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety. This is a 100% travel position, covering Southwestern TN and Northern MS.
Requirements
- Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines
- Follows standardized recipes, portioning and presentation standards
- Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, operation of equipment, food safety and sanitation
- Maintains inventory of food and non-food supplies
- Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations
