The Executive Chef will showcase culinary talents through the delivery of show quality food through personal involvement in task performance while developing and empowering the onsite staff.

Requirements

• Recruiting, training, and food preparation
• Leading culinary operations, including daily production, food quality, and presentation
• Managing department controllable expenses, including food cost, supplies, uniforms, and equipment
• Developing and implementing guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas
• Analyzing financial and operational information to adjust business plans and labor requirements
• Controlling food cost, labor, and other expenses
