Job Description
Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across all areas of the unit, ensuring food production is innovative, efficient, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree, at least 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Culinary degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Services Technology/Management/or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience in a high-volume setting desirable
- Experience with planning and managing catering events from a culinary perspective
- ServSafe Certification
