Requirements
- 3+ years in upscale sushi preparation and high-volume operations.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire culinary teams.
- Exceptional knife skills and deep knowledge of sushi techniques and HACCP standards.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and reservation/order systems.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred.
