Requirements

• Experience leading multi‐unit foodservice or hospitality operations, ideally in a high‐volume or innovative environment
• Comfort managing leaders (AGMs, Café Managers) and supporting large, diverse teams
• Strength in client partnership, relationship building, and strategic communication
• Background in operational strategy, financial management, and program development
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for elevating the guest experience
