Requirements
- Well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of success
- Ability to manage financials including planning, budget development, and analysis, and financial reporting
- Proactive and positive, interacting professionally with diverse groups of associates, peers, managers, suppliers, clients, and customers
- Ability to think quickly and accurately, evaluate problems, and make recommendations
- Knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, marketing, and presentation
