Job Description
The Pastry Sous Chef works alongside the management team to lead and oversee our hourly pastry team through the daily high-volume production in the kitchen.
Requirements
- Assists the Executive Pastry Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account
- Assists the Executive Pastry Chef with planning and creating menus
- Produces and execute catering events
- Manage a lead a team
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
