Requirements
- Lead and manage a diverse team of Systems Directors, Sr. Directors, Directors, and their teams
- Drive self and team towards building strong relationships with clients and achievement of KPIs
- Serve on regional leadership team and communicate with peers to share best practices
- Own all accounts within assigned territory and make decisions grounded in risk/reward and short/long term implications
