RETAIL FOOD SERVICE MANAGER

The Retail Manager plays a critical role in the overall success of Food & Nutrition Services by leading all daily operations across three on- and off-campus retail foodservice locations. This role oversees all aspects of retail—including marketing, merchandising, staffing, and POS systems—while also directing onsite catering services that support both internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service Technology/Management or a related field; OR an Associate's degree with three years of directly related experience
• 1–3 years of retail foodservice management experience, dependent on education and training
• Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, with an emphasis on quality, production, sanitation, marketing, presentation, and cost control
