We are seeking a motivated and competitive New Account Sales Representative to join our OCS division. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong drive to succeed, a passion for customer service, and the discipline to manage a full sales cycle—from prospecting to close.
Requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Prospect daily through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Present and introduce coffee equipment and breakroom solutions
- Identify new selling opportunities and effectively close new accounts
- Manage the full sales process independently, from initial contact through close
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs within the CRM system
- Safely operate a company vehicle while servicing sales-related activities
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and required preventative maintenance documentation
- Maintain proper operator and vehicle documentation at all times
