SENIOR CONCIERGE AMBASSADOR

As the Senior Concierge Ambassador, you will be the face of our organization—setting the tone for every guest, client, and employee interaction. You will manage the corporate switchboard and serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm, professional, and secure experience from arrival to departure.

• Supervise, train, and mentor concierge team members to deliver Platinum Service®
• Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Welcome and assist all visitors, clients, recruits, and employees with warmth and professionalism
• Operate and manage the corporate switchboard with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain strong communication with service teams, sharing updates and standards
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions
