CCL Hospitality Group is seeking a Sous Chef to assist in the supervision, preparation, and cooking of various food items, developing daily menu items and their preparation and garnishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in high volume, complex foodservice operations and be able to work with the Executive Chef to develop new menus and assist with ordering.
