Requirements
- 5 years of culinary experience
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, healthcare, education, or similar environments
- Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, safety, and cost control
- Experience creating and managing production sheets
- Proven leadership, training, and team development skills
