SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position. The Sous Chef will help the Executive Chef prepare and cook foods, coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and assume responsibility for the kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Requirements

• 3 years of prior experience preferred
• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
• Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
