SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)

We are hiring immediately for full time SOUS CHEF positions. Location: Mitsubishi - 1000 Pine Meadow Drive, Pooler, GA 31322. Schedule: Full Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3 pm. Perks: Weekends Off! Full Benefits! No Nights!

Requirements

• Prior kitchen and/or culinary experience required
• ServeSafe certification and Culinary Degree preferred
• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
• Supervises hourly food service associates
• Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
