Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or venue operations
- Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-unit hospitality operations in a stadium, arena, or high-volume environment
- Proven expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and financial forecasting
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems, POS platforms, and operational reporting tools
