This role oversees end-to-end program performance, operational and hospitality excellence, and senior-level client relationships across a portfolio of high-profile Experience Centers, Innovation Hubs, and the global dining program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- 10+ years in multi-site leadership roles with demonstrated success in client-facing service delivery environments
- Strong executive presence and ability to build senior client relationships
- Excellent financial acumen with direct experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control at a regional level
