Requirements
- Transformation Leadership: Design and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for a multi-dimensional technology rollout aimed at simplifying processes, increasing efficiency, and reimagining the roles of Sellers and Retention Specialists.
- AI & Technology Integration: Champion the implementation of AI, CRM, digital enablement, and data-driven decision tools across sectorized sales and retention teams.
- Evolution of Roles: Define and guide the future of sales and retention functions, ensuring clarity in role accountability and supporting the transition to digitally empowered, agile teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with executive stakeholders, sector leads, and support functions to align transformation initiatives with Compass Group’s strategic vision and financial targets.
- Performance Measurement & Optimization: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to track progress, refine strategies, and support continuous improvement.
- Organizational Design: Lead the ongoing optimization of team structures within Sales, Retention, Sales Support, and Enablement.
