Associate Director, OCD & Complex Anxiety Program

Compass Health Center is seeking a clinical leader to join their newly opened Complex Anxiety Program in Oak Brook, Illinois. This role involves overseeing program quality, providing therapy, coordinating care, and ensuring adherence to ethical and clinical standards. The position combines experience in both clinical therapy and program development. Training will be based in Chicago/Northbrook, with an initial residency in Oak Brook.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Master’s level clinician with clinical experience conducting intakes, assessments, individual, family, and group therapy for patients struggling with OCD and other forms of anxiety
• Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
• Experience with patients in crisis
• Program development and implementation experience
• Experience supervising therapists, both licensed and seeking licensure
• Excellent time management skills
