Director, OCD & Complex Anxiety Program

Compass Health Center is seeking a Director to join its OCD and Complex Anxiety Program, a unit dedicated to providing crisis mental health care. The role involves leading and staffing the team, managing program activities, and driving program development. This position will be based in Oak Brook, IL, but initially will be based in Chicago/Northbrook. The program aims to improve patient outcomes in OCD, anxiety disorders, and related challenges.

Requirements

• Licensed Doctorate Level Psychologist or Master’s level clinician with clinical experience conducting intakes, assessments, individual, family, and group therapy for patients struggling with OCD and other forms of anxiety
• Knowledge and experience of group dynamics utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)
• Experience developing and managing programs and clinical teams
• Experience supervising therapists, both licensed and seeing licensure
• Experience with patients in crisis
• Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment
• Experience with program target population in group and individual therapy settings
