Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking passionate and collaborative therapists to join their team in the Golden Valley, MN location. They serve approximately 6 weeks of comprehensive training, and aim to expand their programs for adolescent and adult behavioral healthcare. They are dedicated to providing crisis intervention and support to patients facing mental health challenges.
Requirements
- Have prior experience or interest in working with patients of varying diagnoses including Mood & Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use.
- Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills.
- Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred).
- In licensed position in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia.
